1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and garuda4d ("Platform", "We", "Company"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the garuda4d website, mobile application, and all services provided by our platform.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or using any Garuda4D game feature or service — whether directly or indirectly — you confirm that you have read, understood and fully agree to be bound by these Terms, including the Privacy Policy and all additional guidelines published by Garuda4D from time to time.

Garuda4D reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you remain compliant with the latest version.

2. Eligibility and Registration Requirements

To register and use garuda4d services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• Is an individual acting on their own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• Not subject to any local legal restrictions that prohibit the use of online entertainment services.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Never previously been banned from using the garuda4d platform.

Each individual is only permitted to register one (1) account only. Registering multiple accounts using different information or false identities is a serious violation that will result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent termination of all associated accounts.

Garuda4D reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time to ensure all provided information is accurate and current. Required documents may include a national ID, driving licence or bank statement. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or account termination.

3. Account Management and Security

You are fully responsible for the security of your Garuda4D account, including your username and password. Garuda4D recommends using a strong password that combines uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols.

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security.
• Contact the garuda4d support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorized activity on your account.

Garuda4D will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of an account due to a user's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials. All activity carried out using your account credentials will be deemed to have been performed by you personally.

Your account information — including name, phone number, email address, and payment details — must always be accurate and up to date. garuda4d may request re-verification of account information if any changes or discrepancies are detected.

4. Deposits and Fund Withdrawals

Garuda4D supports a wide range of payment methods popular in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost and GrabPay. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Regarding Deposits:

• The payment account used for deposits must be in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and may vary depending on the selected payment method.
• Successfully processed deposits will be credited to your Garuda4D account within minutes.
• Garuda4D reserves the right to decline or return any deposit suspected of involving fraud or illicit sources.

Regarding Withdrawals:

• All withdrawals will be processed to the verified bank account or e-wallet registered under your name.
• Garuda4D processes withdrawals in an average time of under three minutes once the request is approved.
• Withdrawals involving an active bonus are subject to the specified wagering requirements.
• Garuda4D reserves the right to request additional document verification before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
• Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through fraudulent means will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Rewards

All bonuses and promotions offered by garuda4d are subject to specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. In general, the following conditions apply to all garuda4d promotions:

• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player/account/IP address/device/phone number unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses received must meet the specified rollover requirements before funds can be withdrawn.

8. Prohibitions and Prohibited Conduct

Garuda4d users are strictly prohibited from doing any of the following:

• Registering more than one account or using a false identity during registration.
• Using payment information or bank accounts that do not belong to you.
• Engaging in any activity intended to defraud the platform, other players, or payment systems.
• Using bots, automated software, or third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Exploiting technical bugs or system errors for personal gain — any winnings obtained through such means will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the garuda4d platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any other player or garuda4d staff.
• Posting or distributing defamatory, obscene, racist, or unlawful content through garuda4d communication channels.

Garuda4D reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of violating the above prohibitions. During an investigation, the account in question may be temporarily suspended. If a violation is proven, Garuda4D reserves the right to forfeit all account balances, void all pending wins and permanently terminate the account without any compensation.

9. Garuda4D Limitation of Liability

Garuda4D provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure the platform operates stably and without interruption, Garuda4D cannot guarantee that the service will always be free from errors, outages or technical disruptions.

• Garuda4d is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from technical disruptions, internet connection failures, or hardware malfunctions on the user's end.
• Game results verified by the system are final, and garuda4d bears no liability regarding the outcomes of games that are conducted fairly and transparently.
• Garuda4D is not liable for any consequences arising from the use of the platform by individuals who do not meet the specified eligibility requirements.
• Garuda4d's maximum total liability to any user shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim being submitted.

10. Account Termination and Suspension

Garuda4D reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmation that the user does not meet the minimum age eligibility requirement.
• Suspected or proven fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• Requests from authorities or law enforcement agencies.
• Account inactivity for a consecutive period of 12 months.

You may also voluntarily close your Garuda4D account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before the closure is processed, any eligible remaining balance will be returned to your original payment method upon successful identity verification.

11. Responsible Gaming

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms will first be resolved through mutual negotiation within 30 days. If negotiation fails, the dispute may be referred to a mutually agreed independent arbitration.
